Binary package hint: mysql-server-5.0

The mysql-server uses server=latin1_swedish_ci as the default collation, but since ubuntu uses utf-8 by default, it should be utf8_unicode_ci. See http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/charset-server.html
