/usr/sbin/ndbd-mgmd, /usr/sbin/ndbd not logging at all

Starting /usr/sbin/ndb-mgmd and /usr/sbin/ndbd do not write logs at all. No error log, no working log, nothing. Really bad if someting doesn't work.

Starting /usr/sbin/mysqld just writes an error log.

Log files /var/log/mysql.log and /var/log/mysql.err are created, but never used.
Log directory /var/log/mysql ist created, but only /var/log/mysql/error.log created and writen.
