Bug Description

Autopkgtests for mysql-8.0 fail on riscv64. Please, consider extending the timeout durations.

for plucky, less of a concern as it is in the process of being removed. However, I checked to see if any other riscv test runs were queued. Jammy was also queued, and failed.[0]

So this looks like a general issue that'll pop up for riscv tests. makes sense due to the complexity and length of the test.
