Thank you for writing this bug report. From your logs, I see:

2022-06-22T12:42:43.127298Z 0 [ERROR] [MY-010257] [Server] Do you already have another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?

This is likely due to the bug LP: #1921378, which is currently being worked on.
If you would like to try installing mysql-server again. Run the command

sudo apt purge mysql*

Reboot the system, then run

sudo apt install mysql-server

If you do please let me know if that succeeds in the comments of LP: #1921378.

For now I will mark this as a duplicate of that bug. If you believe that is incorrect please let me know here.
