Thank you for submitting this report. I see that your system is using zfs and from your logs I see:

 Log file ./ib_logfile1 is of different size 0 bytes than other log files 18874368 bytes!

This is due to an issue with fallocate in zfs which should be fixed in the next kernel update. I will attach this bug as a duplicate to the original issue.
