Hi Sachin,
Do you have percona- server- client- 5.7 installed from a third party? From the error message it sounds like it may be conflicting with mysql-8.0. If you don't need percona, you could try purging it completely before installing mysql. If you need both installed together, I'd recommend talking to the third party provider for their guidance on co-installation.
