Thank you for your report. From the Logs.var.log.mysql.error.log.txt log file it seems that some of your database tables are corrupted, e.g.

190417 7:42:12 [ERROR] /usr/sbin/mysqld: Table './removevi/wp_prli_clicks' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed
190417 7:46:20 [ERROR] /usr/sbin/mysqld: Table './removevi/wp_prli_clicks' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed
190417 7:51:10 [ERROR] /usr/sbin/mysqld: Table './removevi/wp_prli_clicks' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

190417 9:33:51 [ERROR] /usr/sbin/mysqld: Table './removevi/wp_prli_clicks' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

Since this looks like local corruption issue, rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Invalid. You can find pointers to get help for this sort of problem here:

If you believe that this is really a bug, then you may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem, explain why you believe this is a bug rather than a problem specific to your system, and then change the bug status back to New.
