i cant install msql server and more apps on ubunyu 16.04

It looks like this is intentional:

Aborting downgrade from (at least) 10.0 to 5.7.
If are sure you want to downgrade to 5.7, remove the file
/var/lib/mysql/debian-*.flag and try installing again.

Also note this message repeated often in your logs, perhaps your network controller is unhappy:

Mariadb-10.0 was installed on the system.
I purged all mariadb packages.
Then when I try to install mysql - it should not error out without showing the decision for user action.

If /var/lib/mysql/debian-10.0 file needs to be removed, the installer should actually ask it.
