MySQL stop working, when i tried to reinstall, this error occurs

Bug Description

Suddenly, my MySQL Server stop working. I reboot the Computer and the problem persists.
I have tried to remove, through the Ubuntu App Center and then when i try to reinstall, this problem pop's out.

Please could you attach the file "/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld". Once done, please change the bug status back to New. Thanks!
