mysqldump lacks bash completion script

Isn't this bug Incomplete? i don't have a fully understanding on it, but i will be glad of working on it, learning and of course helping ubuntu.

I have created a mysqldump bash completion script, but this can only be the first step. The current script displays the database list and support the --databases and --all-databases options. I took the idea behind the pon bash completion script as input for this one.

Took the script and added most of the mysqldump options. Also added support to tab complete table names if the database has been specified.

reassigning this to mysql. Packages can provide their own completion rules and install them with dh_bash-completion. Not every tool needs to have its completions shipped in bash-completions to be installed on every system regardless of whether the tool is installed or not.

 There's already a script that someone wrote, just toss that into the mysql packaging, or submit it upstream.
