myspell is missing myspell-en-ca (Canadian dictionary)

According to a developer at: http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/298/,
"OpenOffice.org uses standard hunspell/myspell dictionaries which are
available for most languages and are installed automatically via the
language-support-writing-* packages. If a dictionary happens to be
missing for a particular language please file a bug report and include a
link to where the dictionary can be obtained if possible. "

Thus, I'm submitting a problem with OpenOffice.org and the Canadian dictionary. What's wrong? There is none.

To install the Canadian dictionary, you have to go through OpenOffice.org, FIle > Wizard > Install new dictionaries...

This is fine, but not very useful for a regular user, especially when the American or British dictionary would be an okay substitute.

What do I have to do to make myspell-en-ca myself? I want this ready for Intrepid.

According to this Debian bug (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=478113), you can register en_CA.UTF8 to myspell-en-us. Can we do that at the very least for us Canadian users?
