Bug Description

If system was suspended with running mypaint and attached wacom, after resuming drawing is not possible: pointer moves, but no pressure/touching is detected. (Clicks/touch works only at system-level navigation in windows/menu works).

Same problem happens if wacom is plugged/unplugged during running mypaint.

GTK2 did not support tablet hotplugging, which I suspect may be the cause of this problem. Please try to reproduce with MyPaint git, which uses GTK3, which should support this.
