The cause of the failure is

apache2: Syntax error on line 281 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Could not open configuration file /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/mydms: No such file or directory
   ...fail!
invoke-rc.d: initscript apache2, action "force-reload" failed.

Affecting to mydms. You can probably fix this by running:
sudo dpkg --purge mydms
