Bug Description

Binary package hint: mutter

Whilst using wine, the in focus windows ends up behind others, thus somewhat unusable. Unclear whether this is Wine specifice or not.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start with only terminal open.
2) $ winecfg
3) Select audio tab
4) Pop-up appears, click 'OK'
5) winecfg windows disappears behind terminal window even though it is stil the 'in focus window', as shown by 'Alt + Tab' or Unity launcher.

Indeed the semi-transparency of the terminal allow you to just about see what you're doing and mouse clicks are honoured.
