Wayland user session terminates when screen is disabled on inactivity

Reproducibly, the user is logged out the moment the screen gets disabled due to inactivity. Can be worked around by disabling the "screen disabling on inactivity" feature in the system settings.

Issue started after upgrade from 23.04 to 23.10. Wayland is used.
