Fresh beta install of 21.10

Installed Parallel Tools and restarted and system hung during boot.

Restarted VM and it booted ok the second time.

This assertion failing probably means there's something broken in the Parallels graphics driver. It doesn't fail for anyone else using the current double buffering logic, although I did have to remove it for the upcoming triple buffering branch:
