Bug Description

I have screen tearing when using nvidia card with 390 driver, affect browsers such as firefox and chromium also desktop since I have screen tearing when moving window around.

I have no such problem when using using 18.04.4 and nvidia card with 390 driver. Intel graphic have no such problem weather in 18.04 or 20.04.
