Bug Description

I install Ubuntu 18.10 and when I booting system (installed or from usb) I see "broken" screen before system show desktop (attached photo). On this damage screen I see mouse cursor, but is OK and when I try move cursor arround screen in every place cursor is OK, but background of screen is broken.
In Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS is everything OK.
I try nvidia drivers, but I have another problem: screen is not damaged, but when I open Activities or when I typing password on every keypress or cursor move screen blinking on bottom side.
