Bug Description

If I maximize a window by double clicking the title bar, then drag it down to restore it, the shadows are gone (see screenshot).
The only way to restore them is to maximize the window again, and then restore it by double clicking the title bar.

This does not happen if I maximize the window by dragging it to the top of the screen and then drag it down, nor does it happen if I use double clicking on the title bar to minimize it, no matter how I maximized it.
