Title bar is incomplete

I've made a search and coudn't find a previous report of this issue.

From time to time, some windows have the title bar incompletely drawn. There's a black area on the left side of the bar.
For me, it happens more frequently with Thunderbird, which is the most used program (I believe this raises the probability), but the problem affect any other program.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, which appears to occurr at a random basis.

This is not really a problem, but it's annoying.

I get that problem sometimes in Ubuntu 13.04 as well.

Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. 13.04 reached End of Life in 2014. See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Please upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and re-test. If the bug is still reproducible, increase the verbosity of the steps to recreate it so we can try again.
