After running mutt-patched for a while, I have to close it and restart since it seems to keep everything open for some reason. Revering to plain mutt gets rid of the problem

This bug also exists in mutt-patched as the OP states. Would it be possible to add a fixed version to one of the ppa's, too?

Tjhanks,
Sven

Sven, the bug is in mutt-patched only, not mutt. But there doesn't seem to be a way to file it against mutt-patched. Could you confirm the bug state above? It basically requires syncing with debian.

Amit - I checked the Debian packages and also the ones for oeneric, but both have a dependency to some higher version of lib*tls (can't remeber) that is not met in natty.

mutt and mutt-patched are built from the same mutt source package, maybe that's the reason why it cannot be reported singularly.

Anyway, I just wanted to report that a downgrade to the maverick packages seems to work fine for me so far:

sudo apt-cache policy mutt-patched
mutt-patched:
  Installiert: 1.5.20-9ubuntu2
  Kandidat: 1.5.20-9ubuntu2
  Paket-Pinning: 1.5.20-9ubuntu2
  Versionstabelle:
     1.5.21-2ubuntu3 1000
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/universe i386 Packages
 *** 1.5.20-9ubuntu2 1000
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I'd appreciate this being fixed though.

I can confirm that the i386 package from Nicolas' ppa works

Thanks,
