Symptoms
========
mutt 1.5.20-4ubuntu1 from in karmic does not print the first digit of
the minute in the "From" header timestamp.
Here are the contents of the test user's mail file:

Steps to reproduce the problem
=======
1. Install Ubuntu Karmic
2. Install mutt 1.5.20-4ubuntu1. This will also install postfix.
2a. for the postfix installation, accept the defaults and select the
"Local delivery" configuration.
3. Run mutt and send yourself a test message.
4. View the message in mutt. Note the missing number in the "From" header.
