Bug Description
Please sync mutagen 1.27-1 (main) from Debian experimental (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- debian/control: Drop faad and oggz-tools build dependencies (in
universe).
* Don't build the pypy package (universe).
* upstream recommended version is 1.27 not the older 1.25 which is in sid. Ubuntu should include both the python3-mutagen package as well as the current python2 python-mutagen package in the universe repository

I took a quick look. This cannot be a sync - we still need the Ubuntu changes that the package currently has.
Additionally there's now a build depends on universe python- sphinx- rtd-theme for the documentation. Either MIR this or disable debian/ patches/ use-rtd- package. Matthias, you're TIL, thoughts?
