Not a bug in the package. Issue with the system:
rmdir: failed to remove '/usr/share/sounds/sf2': No such file or directory
Someone deleted that directory while the package still held files in it.

Debian #984592 → musescore3 (3.2.3+dfsg2-10) has a workaround:
        mkdir -p \
            /usr/share/sounds/sf2 /usr/share/sounds/sf3 /usr/share/sounds/sfz
before the rmdir; run that manually once (with sudo) then proceed uninstalling.
