Please don't use apt-xapian-index

Bug Description

Hello,

Could you avoid using apt-xapian-index please ?
It launch often and consume a lot of ressources making the PC unusable for minutes each time.

Don't use Muon, it's unmaintained and obsolete in favor of Discover, which doesn't use apt-xapian-index.

Well I don’t use Muon but it come by default with Kubuntu 17.10. I think apt-xapian-index is also a dependency of kubuntu-driver-manager package that come by default too.

It's also a dependency of kubuntu-notification-helper

So there 3 defaults packages that depend on apt-xapian-index !

kubuntu-driver-manager kubuntu-notification-helper muon
