Bug Description

OS Release: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS

Program Version: muon 4:5.6.0-0ubuntu1

While downloading the selected packages for update/installation, the column reporting download progress does not update in flight.

The value remains at 0% until the whole package is completely downloaded, then jumps to a full bar.

However, this appears to be simply an interface refresh problem, because moving the mouse cursor across the progress bar does update the progress indeed, with the bar filling and the %age indicator updating.

Just a minor annoyance, but on larger packages and slower connections the end user is left to wonder if the package is downloading or not.

This happens across machines with nVidia and Intel graphic cards, with nVidia cards using both Nouveau and the nVidia binary blob, so I'm pretty confident it's not a graphic driver bug.

This bug still persists today. Download status bars for the individual packages update only when moving mouse pointer over it, or once the download of that package has finished.
