[Impact]
The Muon package manger suite is the core piece of Kubuntu's package management infrastructure ensuring high quality is important to every user of Kubuntu.

[Test Case]
* Update muon from proposed
* Logout and back in (some parts of muon live in kded)
* Make sure you have pending updates and wait for a notification appearing (~3minutes after login)
* Make sure you can update other packages from muon-updater
* Make sure you can install/remove/upgrade packages from muon
* Make sure you can install packages from muon-discover
* Make sure you can add PPA's from muon-discover

[Regression Potential]
Low-profile crash fixes mostly, so very little regression potential.

Application listing is defunct as per upstream commit 7df0e472706215529c19b1c14e158e70359638f8

New version uploaded to saucy-proposed which is supposed to fix the application listing in muon-discover.
