On ubuntu bionic, the postgresql plugin doesnt work as expected because of the following issue which has been fixed upstream - https:/
The solution might either be to backport the fix, or release a later munin version for bionic.

Commit 07794c560f1a40b 57109ca73a91ae8 11bc560708 introduced stray comment that produces problems while checking connections for individual databases.
Uncomment filter to fix querying connections for individual databases.
Closes #1168

fix idle connections showing as waiting for lock
in postgresql v10 and v11 current version shows idle connections as waiting for lock. with these changes idle connections are being showed as idle, and only connections that are holding locks are shown as waiting
