Multistrap links /lib64 to /lib, which is bad for i386 systems

Bug Description

Binary package hint: multistrap

Create a chroot with multistrap for an i386 system using Ubuntu repositories and ubuntu-minimal as the 'seed' package and multistrap seems to create lib64 as a link to /lib. This causes 32-bit libraries to be overwritten by packages (such as libc6-amd64)

eg:
Unpacking libc6-amd64 (from .../libc6-amd64_2.12.1-0ubuntu6_i386.deb) ...
