Bug Description
Expected outcome:
I have been using gnome-do to launch the X11 version of mtr (the traceroute program) and after some time I expect it to move up in the list.
Actual Outcome:
When I use it to launch mtr it will not recognize it as a program and instead takes it as a text command to run listed at the very bottom.
I realize mtr is normally a ncurses program and is a terminal app, but there is an X11 version that (for me) runs whenever I launch it from alt-f2, gnome-do, or the terminal.
I can type .mtr to enter it in text-mode, but as a gui app shouldn't it be indexed?
the mtr gui is provided in ubuntu by mtr and not mtr-tiny

this is because mtr does not have a .desktop file. The problem is with the mtr package.
