Report mode (-r) shows wrong information for unreachable destination

Bug Description

When no route to the host or the destination is unreachable, MTR shows " 1. (no route to host)" while using the report mode shows wrong information. E.g.:

root@ip-192-168-144-47:/home/ubuntu# mtr -r -c 10 100.96.1.2
