jffs2dump endian convert does not convert major/minor numbers

when using jffs2dump to change the endianness of a file system (in my case from BigEndian for a Renesas board to LittleEndian on intel), devices major/minor numbers are swapped in the converted fs.

Here a patch that fixes the issue (tested on my own box)

Hi Frederico,

It looks like the patch you sent upstream is not applicable anymore upstream (and here in Bionic) and needs little changes.
This is clearly an upstream bug and would be useful in other distributions as well thus I would not carry it only in Ubuntu unless there are no other options.
Could you please refresh the patch and send it upstream again?
If you are not interested in that I will try upstreaming an updated version later, before accepting it to Ubuntu only.
