In https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/msxpertsuite link to home website (www.msxpertsuite.org) is broken because of protocol mistmach:
- https://www.msxpertsuite.org/ does not exists
- instead http://www.msxpertsuite.org/ should be used

This is something that needs to be fixed either in the msxpertsuite metadata (preferably in Debian) or upstream needs to enable https
