Bug Description
dom4j in Ubuntu diverges from dom4j in Debian as XSD support is disabled.
This was done due to the fact the msv (used for XSD support) is built using maven which explodes the number of dependencies required for main promotion.
Conversion of msv to ant build (using maven-ant-helper) would probably be feasible.
