Please sync msttcorefonts 3.2 (multiverse) from Debian testing (contrib)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
All changes in Ubuntu are now incorpored in Debian.

  * Improve regex used for checking proxy syntax (closes: #567464).

msttcorefonts (3.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Update section to match override.
  * Checked for policy 3.8.4, no changes necessary.
  * Merge in Ubuntu changes, making installation on suboptimal
    network connections perform better. Thanks Jean-Baptiste
    Lallement. (Closes: #549882)
