Panose classification for Tool Kind should be 8 in setead of 15

Do:
  $ ttx -d /tmp /usr/share/fonts/truetype/msttcorefonts/comic*
and look in the resulting /tmp/comic*.ttx for
      <bSerifStyle value="15"/>
(this is regarding Tool Kind because the latin text parameters are reused for latin hand written)

First of all, 15 is an illegal value here. The correct value is 8.

This bug is an upstream one and should be send to the people designing the font a.k.a Microsoft.
