Bug Description

Ubuntu 17.04
Scudcloud 1.63-1
Attempted to install scudcloud. Received error message: debconf: DbDriver “config”: /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another process
Input: sudo fuser -v /var/cache/debconf/config.dat
Output: root 4112 F.... frontend
Input: sudo kill -15 4112

GUI error message appeared about a system issue with a bug report.
