msttcorefonts installer script dosen't use the apt proxy

Bug Description
Binary package hint: msttcorefonts
When behind a proxy this doesn't work, the current work around is to export the proxy on the cli and then run apt-get install from the same terminal.
However it would be cleaner (esp for users using synaptic) is if it could grab the proxy info from /etc/apt/apt.conf and use that instead

I've done a patch for you guys, my proxy is set in /etc/apt/apt.conf and I'm assuming this is correct for all users, if not simply change it.
