Binary package hint: mplayer

From man mencoder:

       -y <y> (also see -zoom) (MPlayer only)
              Scale image to height <y> (if software/hardware scaling is available). Disables aspect calculations.

$ mencoder -nosound -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4 -o stack.avi -x 1076 -y 720 -mf type=jpeg:fps=24 mf://@files.txt
