Bug Description

I created ~/.mplayer/input.conf with the following content:

RIGHT seek +5
LEFT seek -5

This successfully reduces the seek size from the default 10s to 5s. I then updated it as follows:

RIGHT seek +5
LEFT seek -5
SHIFT+RIGHT seek +1
SHIFT+LEFT seek -1

This syntax is suggested here: https://www.reddit.com/r/linuxquestions/comments/jikic3/mplayer_doesnt_read_inputconf/

With this file, not only does SHIFT+RIGHT not work, but neither does just RIGHT, i.e. mplayer seems to consider the last 2 lines invalid (why?) and ignores the first 2 lines as well (and it should not, I believe).
