Bug Description

Playing an Ogg Theora file, the video plays very quickly for a while, then pauses. The sound plays normally, then when it's caught up to the video, another high-speed chunk of video plays for a while.

For instance, with any of the files on http://patentabsurdity.com/download.html, such as http://www.archive.org/download/Patent_Absurdity/Patent_Absurdity_VLQ_176kbit.ogv:

$ mplayer Patent_Absurdity_VLQ_176kbit.ogv

Maybe you are playing a non-interleaved stream/file or the codec failed?
For AVI files, try to force non-interleaved mode with the -ni option.

The "Multiple fisbone" message seems to be irrelevant, because the same message is written by mplayer2, which plays Theora files fine.
