Bug Description
$ mp3val -v
MP3val 0.1.4
Running Feisty server edition on PowerPC (Mac Mini G4), all packages up to date.
Program segfaults every time it is fed a file to process, even on CBR files with id3v1 that validate under mp3check. When testing the same files on another computer, the x86 package of mp3val works fine.

Just noting that I upgraded to gutsy, which includes mp3val 0.1.7, and this bug is still present.
