Bug Description

mozilla can't be installed on dapper:

  mozilla: Dépend: mozilla-browser (= 2:1.7.12-1ubuntu2) mais ne sera pas installé
           Dépend: mozilla-mailnews (= 2:1.7.12-1ubuntu2) mais ne sera pas installé
           Dépend: mozilla-psm (= 2:1.7.12-1ubuntu2) mais ne sera pas installé

mozilla-browser package depend on libnspr4 (= 2:1.7.12-1ubuntu2) but the libnspr4 version on dapper is 2:1.firefox1.4.99+1.5rc3.dfsg-1ubuntu9.
Same trouble with mozilla-psm and libnss3.
