Select thread by Ctrl+Shift+A doesn't work

Selecting a thread by using Crtl-Shift-A (as indicated in the menu) doesn't work
on Thunderbird 1.0.2. Selecting the same thread by menu (Edit -> Select ->
Thread) works fine.

Ubuntu is the only Linux I have installed, so I can't say whether this is an
upstream bug with Thunderbird on Linux; on Windows, selecting a thread by
keyboard works for me.

This is broken again in dapper Thunderbird 1.5.0.4. Thread Select is mapped to ctrl-shift-A which does nothing. If mapping is manually changed to shift-A works.
