mozilla-locale-de-at 1.7.10* missing in hoary or incomaptible

hoary only has mozilla-locale-de-at in version 1.7.6. This says it's not
compatible with mozilla-browser > 1.7.6.
So I can't upgrade to mozilla 1.7.10.

Please fix this bug at least with 1.7.11 (if that is planned for hoary.)

Fixed in USN-155-3 (which also fixes the Dansk and French language packs, which
were affected by the same problem).
