Bug Description

Please sync mozc 1.6.1187.102-1~exp2 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Merge with Debian, remaining change
    - debian/patches/open-preferences.patch: add metadata to open
      preferences from ibus-setup

debian/patches/open-preferences.patch was a cherry-pick from upstream.
With the new upstream version 1.6.1187.102, it can be dropped.

Changelog entries since current raring version 1.5.1090.102-4ubuntu1:
