Bug Description

Binary package hint: mousepad

1) Open Mousepad.
2) Type some text.
3) Use mouse to select a portion of the text.
4) Use mouse to drag the selected text to a different location in the text file, then release the mouse.
5) BUG: No change in text. BUG: No insertion point for where text should be cut+pasted to.
