Bug Description
On Hp Proliant 360 8th Gen server I have ubuntu 14.04 server with 6 hard drives. They are all encrypted with cryptsetup luksFormat. Five of the six disks unlock at boot fine. The sixth returns a error, unkown fs bad password or option. After the system boots I can unlock the drive on the command line and use the disk without any problems.
