Bug Description
Binary package hint: moserial
When looking at moserial help, there is a section entitled "System Port Permissions" with instructions on how to set appropriate permissions on serial ports in Fedora. The procedure outlined here does not work for Ubuntu (the referenced menu item is not available). The documentation should be patched to reference the correct procedure for Ubuntu.
