Bug Description
Problem:
Sometimes tooltip with the variable value is misplaced: instead of being shown right below the pointer it is shown in the top left corner.
I cannot really tell what event makes it to change it's placement, sometimes it just does, no matter how do you scroll or what exact position on the screen does pointer take.
Sometimes monodevelop in the unity launcher blinks at the moment tooltip is whown at the wrong place like when the windows recieves an *URGENT* signal.
See attached screenshot for visual background on the topic.
Expected behavior:
Tooltip is always show right under the pointer
Actual behavior:
Tooltip is sometimes shown at the left top corner;
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set a breakpoint somewhere in the code and launch a debugger;
2. When breakpoint is reached try hovering the variables to see the tooltip with the value;
3. Try scrolling up and down, change the focused window and continue hovering -- you'll definitely get this tooltip in the left top corner in some case;
Package versions:
monodevelop 2.8.6.3+dfsg-2 (also happened in the previous builds);
mono-runtime 2.10.8.1-1ubuntu2;
libgtk2.0 2.24.10-0ubuntu6;
Ubuntu release: 12.04;
P.S. Not sure that launchpad is the right place for submitting this bug.
